Camp Washington-Carver
The nation's first black 4-H camp, Camp Washington-Carver, a Mountain Cultural Arts Center located at Clifftop in Fayette County, West Virginia, now programs a summer season of events from music concerts to theater. The facility may also be rented for family reunions, company picnics, weddings and other private activities
Mountain Stage: Audio CDs Series
A series of audio CDs featuring music from West Virginia's Mountain Stage, a two-hour radio show recorded in Charleston, West Virginia (WV). In its 20th year, the Mountain State has established a long tradition of featuring national and international musicians and musical acts in almost every style of music.
New River Jazz
New River Jazz is a swing band/big band, based in Beckley, West Virginia (WV). An all volunteer group, New River Jazz has performed its music throughout Southern and Central West Virginia in Welch, Marlinton, Pipestem, Fayetteville, Summersville, Craigsville and Beckley, WV.

Tending the Commons: Folklife and Landscape in Southern West Virginia incorporates 679 excerpts from original sound recordings, music and 1,256 photographs from the American Folklife Center's Coal River Folklife Project (1992-99) documenting traditional uses of the mountains in Southern West Virginia's Big Coal River Valley.
The Charleston Light Opera Guild
