Among the wonders of the national river, The Endless
Wall hiking trail is an unbroken cliff line that follows
the rim of the New River Gorge for two miles. Incredible
panoramas accompany hikers as the trail leads across the
top of the cliffs through gnarled pine, mossy boulders,
and dark thickets of rhododendron.
Trail rating: 1.0 miles - moderate hiking
Trailhead Information: To reach its northern
trailhead, turn off U.S. 19 onto Lansing-Edmond Road
just north of the bridge. Follow the road 1.3 miles to a
marked trailhead parking area on the right. Many people
