Offering West Virginia rail excursion throughtout the year, including: WV - New River Gorge Fall Foliage excursions and the Official West Virginia State Fair Train.
New River Train: Fall Excursions
The New River Train excurions operates during four days in mid-October. Each rail-trip is an all-day, 300 mile-long trek from Huntington, WV to Hinton, WV and return. The train passes through the scenic New River Gorge in the height of fall-color, and at Hinton, a street fair is held each day with local food stands, arts and crafts, entertainment, a railroad museum, and other attractions.
